CANCELLATION POLICY
• Card payments may incur a 3% fee. • No refunds will be given for any reason after services are rendered. • No chargebacks permitted. • Cancellations or Rescheduling must occur 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations within less than 48 hours = 50% service charge. • No-shows = 100% service charge. • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours = 30% service charge. • Late arrivals 15+ minutes may be canceled by me as I run a tight schedule and need to accommodate all my clients in a timely manner, respectfully. * Per law, I can refuse service to anyone * Communication by phone always welcomed in order for me to best help you with scheduling.
